Growing up in the Appalachian mountains, Michael developed a deep connection to the outdoors. Through his passions for wildlife, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, snowboarding, and whitewater kayaking, Michael translates his outdoor experiences into unique and captivating art.  These passions led him to Southeast Alaska, then Central Washington, further fueling his artwork.  Since returning home to Virginia in 2022, Michael has collaborated with local businesses and continues to create art that captures the outdoors.
